The Brand Empire Challenge is six days of lessons. Each lesson has a framework to learn, a fillable worksheet, and a short action plan to finish that day. Your lessons arrive by email, one per day.

If you added the Brand Empire app, all six days are also unlocked right away in the app, with each day's worksheet built in. If you added the Challenge Coach, you can ask it questions inside any lesson for 14 days.

In your Lolo Bailey Library. Sign in with the email you used at checkout. You'll find the Brand Empire Challenge with every day's worksheet, PDF and Go deeper pick, plus the app address and sign-in steps if you added the app or coach, and anything else you've picked up from me.

New purchases appear automatically. If something you bought earlier is missing, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll add it. Your worksheet answers still save where you typed them, so keep using Download .md.

Your welcome email arrives right after checkout. Day 1 lands about a day later, and each new lesson follows a day after the one before. A wrap-up email comes two days after Day 6.

Most days take 30 to 90 minutes. Day 6 is the longest. The challenge is self-paced, so take extra time on any day you need.

Not at all. Your lessons stay in your inbox (and in the app, if you have it), so you can pick up wherever you left off. Done beats perfect.

Yes, as you type, in the browser you're using. You'll see "Saved" at the top. They don't sync between devices or browsers, so if you fill in Day 2 on your phone, open it on your phone to see those answers again.

The app and the worksheet pages linked from your emails save separately, so pick one place to work in. To keep your answers for good, tap Download .md when you finish each day.

1. Where you started, tap Download .md.
2. Open the same day's worksheet where you want to continue (in the app, on the worksheet page, or on another device).
3. Tap Import .md and choose the file. Your answers, checkboxes, table cells and Day 2 formats fill right in.

Files work in both directions between the app and the worksheet pages. Use the file for the same day, and leave its headings and labels as they are, or the worksheet won't recognize it. If the worksheet already has answers, it asks before replacing them.

Yes. In the app or on the Day 2 worksheet page, tap any format in the weekly posting rhythm to switch it to short form (like carousels and short videos), long form (like YouTube or a podcast) or written copy (like captions, threads or a newsletter). Your choices are saved, printed and included when you download your .md file. The blank printable PDF shows the suggested formats, so write your own in if you prefer.

A .md (Markdown) file is plain text with light formatting: headings, bold, checkboxes and tables. It opens in any text app on any device, and it won't go out of date.

• Obsidian: drop the file into your vault.
• Notion: choose Import, then Text & Markdown.
• Google Docs: upload it to Drive and open it with Google Docs.
• Anywhere else: TextEdit, Notes or any text editor will open it.

Tap Print / PDF at the top of the worksheet. It prints your answers in a clean layout. To save a PDF instead, pick "Save as PDF" as the printer.

1. Make sure you're on the same device and browser you used before, and in the same place (the app or the emailed worksheet page).
2. Private or incognito windows don't keep answers after you close them.
3. Clearing your browser history or site data erases saved answers too.

If you downloaded a .md copy, tap Import .md and choose it to get everything back. Going forward, download at the end of each day.

Yes. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Start over". It clears that worksheet on this device, so download a copy first if you want to keep your answers.

After checkout, tap "Get my access code" on your welcome page. It opens the app, unlocks all six days on that device, and shows your personal access code. Save the code.

On any other phone or browser, go to be.ioppro.tools and enter the same code.

2. Choose "Can't find your code?"
3. Enter the email you bought with and your order number. Your order number is at the bottom of your welcome page and in your order confirmation email.

The app unlocks and your code is saved on that device.

1. Check that it starts with BE- and has two groups of four characters after it. Capital or lowercase letters both work.
2. Access codes come with the Brand Empire app or the Challenge Coach. The $7 challenge on its own is delivered by email and doesn't include an app code.
3. Try "Can't find your code?" with your email and order number to look it up again.

Your purchase can take a minute to reach the app. Wait a minute, then choose "Can't find your code?" and enter your email and order number.

Yes. Enter your access code on each device. One thing to know: your "completed" checkmarks and worksheet answers are saved on each device separately, so your phone and computer may show different progress. To move worksheet answers, use Download .md and Import .md.

Please don't. Your code is personal and tied to your purchase. Your friend can join the challenge at brandempire.pinball.page.

Yes. Tap the moon icon in the top-right corner of the app. It follows your device's setting until you choose.

Open any lesson in the app and tap the round chat button in the bottom-right corner. The coach knows which day you're on, so ask it anything about that lesson or how to apply it to your brand.

Yes. The coach knows every prompt on the day's worksheet. Ask something like "Help me with my Brand Promise" and it will ask you a question or two, then suggest a draft you can copy into the worksheet or write on your printed PDF.

14 days from the day you bought it. The end date is shown at the top of the chat window. You'll also get a reminder email two days before it ends. Your lessons and the app are yours to keep after that.

Enter your personal access code (the same BE- code you use for the app). If you don't have it handy, choose "Bought coaching? Find my code" and enter your email and order number.

3. Check your internet connection.
