In your Lolo Bailey Library. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and you'll see the Blueprint, plus anything else you've picked up from me (like the Money Method Playbooks or the Weekly Lead Rhythm Journal), each with its PDF, workbook and help links.

New purchases appear automatically. If something you bought earlier is missing, email us your order number and we'll add it. Your workbook answers still save in your browser, so keep using Download .md to hold on to them.

It's sent right after checkout from Lolo Bailey. If it isn't in your inbox within 10 minutes:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, and search your inbox for "Viral Switch".
• Make sure you're checking the email you used at checkout.
• You don't have to wait for it. Everything is in your library right now: sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Try opening the link in a different browser, or long-press it (phone) or right-click it (computer) and choose Download or Save link as. On an iPhone, tap the share icon and choose Save to Files or Books. If it still won't open, email us and we'll send it as an attachment.

The PDF is designed to print, but you can also write on it digitally with any PDF markup app: Markup in Files or Books on iPad and iPhone, Preview on Mac, Microsoft Edge or Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows, and GoodNotes or Notability if you like handwriting.

If you'd rather type, use the fillable workbook (linked in your delivery email and your library). It has the same prompts with real text boxes and checkboxes.

The Money Method Playbooks Bundle comes free with the Blueprint: 12 playbooks for leads, sales, delivery and profit. Your free-copy link is inside the Blueprint (Part 1, Step 1). Enter your name and email there, and you can download the PDF right away. A copy is emailed to you too, and it's added to your library.

If you checked the add-on box at checkout, the journal's download button shows on your thank-you page, and it's delivered by its own email. Can't find it? It's in your library too: sign in with the email you used at checkout. Still missing? Email us your order number.

Same content, two ways to use it. The PDF is for printing and writing by hand. The workbook is a web page with text boxes and checkboxes you can type into on any device, then download as a file.

Your answers save automatically as you type, in the browser you're using, on that device only. Nothing is sent to us, so your answers stay private.

That also means they aren't backed up anywhere. To keep them for good, tap Download .md whenever you've made progress.

This usually happens when you:

• open the workbook on a different device or in a different browser,
• use a private or incognito window (answers are erased when it closes), or
• clear your browser history or website data.

Go back to the same device and browser you started on, in a regular window. If you downloaded a .md copy, tap Import .md and choose it to bring everything back. We can't recover answers that were cleared without a download, because they were never stored with us.

Yes. It works on phones, tablets, and computers. Use the Jump to menu to move between parts. Just remember that answers typed on your phone stay on your phone until you download them.

Yes. Tap Download .md where you started, and get the file to the other device (email it to yourself, or save it to iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox). Open the workbook there, tap Import .md, and choose the file. Your answers and checkboxes fill right back in.

Leave the file's headings and labels as they are, or the workbook won't recognize it.

Tap Print / PDF at the top of the workbook. Your answers print as text under each prompt. To make a PDF instead of printing, choose Save as PDF as the destination (computer), or on iPhone and iPad, pinch outward on the print preview and share or save it.

It erases every answer and checkbox in the workbook on this browser, and it can't be undone. Download a .md copy first if you want to keep what you wrote.

A .md file is a Markdown file: plain text with a few simple symbols for formatting, like # for a heading, **bold**, and - [x] for a checked box.

We chose it because it's the most future-proof way to save your work. It's tiny, it opens on any device, it doesn't depend on any one app or company, and it will still open decades from now. Your answers stay yours.

• Mac: it opens in TextEdit. For a formatted view, use a free Markdown app like Obsidian or MarkText, or drop it into Notion.
• Windows: open it with Notepad, or with Obsidian or VS Code for a formatted view.
• iPhone and iPad: find it in the Files app (usually in Downloads). Tap to preview it, or open it in Obsidian, Bear, or iA Writer.
• Android: find it in your Files or Downloads app and open it with any text or notes app, like Obsidian or Markor.

• Obsidian: move the file into your vault folder. It shows up as a note, with working checkboxes.
• Notion: on a page, click the ... menu, then Import, then Text & Markdown, and choose the file. Or drag the file onto a page.
• Google Docs: open the file in any text app, copy everything, then in a Google Doc use Edit, then Paste from Markdown (turn it on under Tools, Preferences, "Enable Markdown" if you don't see it).

Nope, that's normal. Those symbols are the formatting. Apps that "speak" Markdown (Obsidian, Notion, Bear, iA Writer, Google Docs' Markdown paste) turn them into headings, bold text, and checkboxes. Everything you wrote is there, under each prompt.
